Point in Time date: January 23rd, 2019
Thank you for your support! Our CoC must complete a one night Point in Time Census of homeless persons every year. We rely on volunteer participation to complete the counts and administer surveys so we can better understand housing needs in our community. Volunteering is easy! You can sign up in person at training or online. To view past results, please visit the data library.
How to sign up
New Volunteers will need to attend the in-person training (times and places listed below) or watch the New Volunteer training video online (link) and complete a quiz (link).
Returning Volunteers please watch a quick Point in Time update video for 2019 (link) OR attend an in-person training (dates and times below).
Sign up on our Roster ALL VOLUNTEERS (Link) and we will send your information to a local coordinator for assignment. If you have problems accessing this link, go to https://www.data513.com/roster/
Sign and Return Confidentiality Forms (Volunteer Confidentiality Form) before the Point in Time, or bring this with you on the day of the count.
If you have any questions or have not heard from your area coordinator, please call Laura Black at (540) 908-0415.
Each area has a coordinating agency or volunteer. Once you sign up, your name will be sent to the area organizers.
