Centralized Housing Intake provides coordinated assessment for households experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. The client contact number is (540) 271-1701.

Callers are assessed for appropriate referral for Continuum Housing Projects. Availability depends on project funding, caseload and project criteria. These calls tracked in CallPoint by phone numbers and added to a referral in HMIS is the caller is an appropriate referral to a participating program.
